Our Soccer Strength and Conditioning Course is designed to help Soccer Trainers establish a strong foundation for their careers in the field of soccer and enable them to pursue a rewarding path as Strength and Conditioning Coaches. This course serves as a crucial stepping stone towards achieving success in soccer industry.

By enrolling in this program, trainers gain comprehensive knowledge and practical skills necessary to excel in their roles. They acquire expertise in designing and implementing effective strength and conditioning programs tailored specifically for soccer players. This course equips trainers with the tools and techniques to optimize players’ physical performance, enhance their endurance, agility, and overall fitness levels, and reduce the risk of injuries. Through a combination of theoretical instruction and hands-on training, trainers will develop a deep understanding of the physiological and biomechanical aspects related to soccer conditioning.

Upon successful completion of the course, participants will be well-prepared to embark on a fulfilling career in soccer, where they can contribute to the success of athletes and teams by providing expert strength and conditioning guidance.

  • September 18th Monday 2/4 pm – Strength training in elite football: References and Applications by Cristoforo Filetti
  • September 19th Tuesday 2/4 pm – High speed training in soccer in correlations to injuries  by  Andrea Azzalin
  • September 22th Friday 2/4 pm – Periodization proposals in the different cycles: microcycle – mexcycle cycle in European competitions and in long time by Massimo Neri
  • September 25th Monday 2/4 pm – Analysis of changes of direction as a means of training with a correlation index for soccer by Agostino Tibaudi
  • September 27th Wednesday 2/4 pm – High speed training in soccer in correlations to injuries by Roberto Sassi
  • September 29th Friday 2/4 pm – Prescribing ball frolla to prepare The peak demand of official machplay in top-class soccer players by Andrea Riboli
